Abstract This case report describes a male patient with a twelve-year history of “dry eye syndrome” completely healed using systemic O2-O3 Therapy. Dry eye syndrome is a disease caused by a quantitative and qualitative impariment of lacrimal gland function. The commonest symptoms are: burning eyes, persistent sensation of a foreign body, lancinating pain, photophobia, blepharitis and conjunctivitis due to a greater tendency of the eye to contract infection by usually harmless germs and prompt irritation by environmental conditions.
